His immoveable assets are put at worth ₹ 11.15 crore, which includes farm land, inherited and co-owned with his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, in Delhi's Mehrauli.

The office that Gandhi owns in Gurugram is valued at over ₹ 9 crore.

When it comes to police cases, Rahul Gandhi faces cases including one under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) alongside complaints of defamation filed by the BJP leaders against him, and another a criminal conspiracy case linked to Associated Journals Limited.

The POCSO case is related to his alleged disclosing the identity of family members of a rape victim in a social media post.

In 2019 Lok Sabha election, Gandhi won the seat in the 2019 with a huge margin and is now taking on CPI leader Annie Raja and state BJP chief K Surendran.
