India recorded 2,08,921 new covid cases and 4,157 covid deaths in the last 24 hours, Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry said.
India's overall tally now stands at 27,11,57,795 cases and 3,11,388 deaths. While 2,95,955 people were discharged in the last 24 hours, 24,95,591 active cases persist.
A total of 20,06,62,456 people have been vaccinated countrywide so far.
