Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) President Akhilesh Yadav on Monday ordered the removal of all party in-charges at the district and assembly constituency levels in Uttar Pradesh, effective immediately, the party said.
Party sources stated that with an eye on the 2027 assembly elections, the party is working to strengthen its organisational structure, and the names of new in-charges will be announced soon. The orders of removal were issued by State SP President Shyamlal Pal following directives from Yadav, according to party chief spokesperson Rajendra Chaudhary.
