Actress Nora Fatehi allegedly received a car from conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar

While speaking to reporters outside a Delhi Court on Saturday, fraud-accused Sukesh Chandrashekhar claimed that he had gifted a luxury car to actress Nora Fatehi who is being investigated for her links to him in the case where Chandrashekhar is accused of extorting almost 200 crore rupees from the wife of a businessman.

The Enforcement Directorate had earlier called the actress in for questioning and who so far has co-operated with the investigation according to her representatives.

Sukesh and his wife actress Leena Paul are accused of defrauding Aditi Singh of ₹200 crore by pretending to be high-ranking officials in the Law Ministry, with connections to the BJP party. Sukesh had promised to secure her husband Shivender Singh bail if given the money. Former Fortis Healthcare CEO Shivender Singh and his brother Malvinder are currently in jail following a money laundering case related to the alleged misappropriation of funds at Religare Finvest Ltd (RFL) in 2019.

Actress Jacqueline Fernandes has also been summoned by the ED and is apparently acting as a witness in the case according to her representative.
