Mumbai: The ensnaring star of 'Pirates of the Caribbean' had an embarrassing moment in the courtroom in Fairfax, Virginia Court.

Johnny Depp's USD 50 million defamation suit against his ex-wife Amber Heard resumed on May 16 and there has since been no dearth of delectable stories from the courtroom.

The most intriguing of them had a woman fan screaming at him the other day "This baby is yours", holding up a baby in her hands.

The court was having its morning break when a woman from spectator gallery yelled "Johnny I love you".

Depp, known for his swagger, quickly turned around to wave her when the woman held up a baby and said "This baby is yours".

Now she asked him aloud when he was going to acknowledge it was his baby.

The woman was immediately escorted from the courtroom.

The defamation case Depp filed against Amber Heard is currently raging.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard got married in 2015 after they had met in 2009.

A year later in 2016 Amber filed for divorce accusing Depp of physically abusing her.

Depp wouldn't wait to deny the charges saying Amber was trying to 'secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse".

They divorced in 2017 and Amber wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post in 2018, in which she claimed to be a domestic abuse survivor. Depp sued Amber for defamation.
