Mumbai: An old essay written by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has gone viral on social media.

The handwritten essay penned by Khan during his college days offers a fascinating and intimate glimpse into his formative years and early aspirations. This unique revelation not only portrays the actor's childhood innocence but also unveils his early dreams and ambitions.

The essay, written in Shah Rukh Khan's own hand, unravels the story of his carefree childhood, humorously recounting innocent escapades: "I had a very happy childhood as far as I remember. I was the second normal child born to my parents after a five-year age gap with my elder sister. My actions at the age of 5 years were those of any other kid down the block – winking at girls of the Manavsthali School, throwing flying kisses at aunts 6-7 times my age, and dancing to the tune of Chakke pe Chakka."

Delving further, the letter provides insights into Khan's initial tryst with acting during his school days. His talent for mimicry set the stage: "During my school days, I was also introduced to acting. Actually, I was always very good at copying people and mimicking. It started off with Hema Malini and I graduated to Dev Anand, Prithvi Raj Kapoor, and Raj Babbar. Mentioning Raj Babbar, I just remembered how I really got interested in acting. My father had a chain of restaurants in and around Delhi."

This extraordinary revelation, which has set social media abuzz, reminds fans and followers that beyond the glittering world of cinema, Khan had a relatable and ordinary beginning. As the essay gains traction across various platforms, it serves as a poignant reminder of the journey that led him to his current stardom.

Shah Rukh Khan is currently gearing up for his next film 'Jawan,' following the immense success of his recent venture, 'Pathaan.'
