YouTube has become a game-changer in many people's lives. The flexibility and ease of watching and uploading videos have made it a user-friendly platform in time.

Recently, the social media platform took over its Instagram handle to share the first-ever published video.

"If you think about it, it all started with a Short- #YouTubeFactsFest," captioned the Instagram video.

In the video, Jawed Karim, co-founder of YouTube is seen talking about elephants from the San Diego Zoo.

"All right, so here we are in front of the elephants. The cool thing about these guys is that they have really, really, really long trunks, and that's, that's cool. And that's pretty much all there is to say," says the 19-second-long video titled "Me at the zoo."

Jawed was 19 years old while publishing the video on 2005, 24 April.

Although the video has appeared on several platforms claiming to be the first-ever video in the evolution of YouTube, users are once again excited to watch it shared by YouTube themselves.

YouTube currently has a consumer rating of 3.61 stars which indicates that most consumers are immensely satisfied with its features and performance.
