Bigg Boss Malayalam 3 sealed for flouting COVID norms

The Tamil Nadu authorizes have sealed the EVP Film City, where the shooting of Bigg Boss Malayalam season 3 was going on Wednesday for flouting covid 19 norms.

A team of officials, led by Thiruvallur Revenue Divisional Officer Preethi Parkavi, reached the Bigg Boss Malayalam set at Chembarambakkam and sealed it around 8 pm.

Despite the Tamil Nadu Government's ban on film and television shootings during the Covid-19 lockdown, bigboss malayalam season 3 continued shooting on special permission.

However, since 6 members if the crew tested positive for Covid-19 further the permission for shoot was cancelled by the government.

A fine of Rs 1 lakh has also been imposed on the producers of the show.
