New Delhi: Air India Express (AIXL), the leading airline on India-Middle East routes, has recently launched its exclusive priority service named ‘Xpress Ahead’.

The program, aimed at elevating the overall travel experience for its guests, offers a comprehensive range of priority services and benefits, ensuring a seamless journey from check-in to landing for guests who opt to enhance their travel experience for a nominal fee.

Premium services like a dedicated check-in counter at the airport, priority baggage handling, priority boarding, and expedited baggage delivery upon arrival, are also included in the package.

The introduction of ‘Xpress Ahead’ comes a week after the airline launched its in-flight dining menu under the brand 'Gourmair', which offers a diverse range of hot meals, lite bites, seasonal fruits, and fusion desserts to cater to domestic and international guests.

Currently, the new services are exclusively available for purchase at Indian airports for international flights operated by Air India Express, which can be conveniently added on at the airport check-in counter until the counter closure time.

Additionally, the online pre-booking option for international flights will also be made available soon.

For domestic travel, the passengers flying with sister Air India group airline, AirAsia India have the option to pre-book the services of ‘Xpress Ahead’ on the mobile app, on the consolidated airline website airindiaexpress.com, or at all domestic airports.

The introduction of 'Xpress Ahead', along with other recent enhancements, is another step in the integration of the two subsidiary airlines of Air India.

It also showcases the airline's unwavering dedication to providing seamless, efficient, and exceptional services to its passengers.
