New Delhi: Advancing Russian forces go deeper into Ukraine, laying waste to the areas it has covered.

The latest feeds from the warfront say of Russian forces seizing control of Chernobyl nuclear power plant.

Ukraine authorities reportedly were ignorant of the state of the nuclear storage facilities.

This admission has sparked fears of possible radiation leak, according to Daily Mail.

Russian tanks and armoured vehicles were allegedly seen in a video clip as taking position in front of the razed reactor.

The noted plant sits 60 miles north of the capital Kiev.

Reports of devastating Russian invasion emerges with Turkey reporting one of its ship being hit by a "bomb".

The ship was reportedly stationing off the cost of Odessa, one of the noisy warfronts now.

Turkey, a member to NATO, fears of the war turning into an all-out conflict across Europe.

A struggling Ukraine asked civilians to stay in bomb shelters; and authorities have declared curfew in capital Kiev as fears of Russia striking the area loom.

One report said that Kiev lost control of a key airfield in its precinct.

Over two dozen Russian helicopters whizzed about the skies of Ukraine Thursday. Defending Ukrainian forces reportedly shot down four of those marauding helicopters.

"They are going to bomb Kiev now. Authorities told us to hide in shelters," a source in the city told MailOnline

The Ukrainian Army, refusing to be cowed down by mighty force of Russia, is fighting back across the country trying to stop Russian from taking control of military bases, airports, cities, among others.
