The US President said Quad would lead global response as partners as long as Russia would continue the war.
The Quad partnership, according to him, has a lot of works ahead despite it has already accomplished a great deal.
Concluding his speech, Joe Biden said he was proud of what all members were building together.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke about mutual trust and determination giving new hope to democratic principles. He also said Quad gaining importance on global stage.
