Imran attacks US again over regime change in Pakistan
text_fieldsIslamabad: It seems former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has not yet got over the humiliating ouster on April 10.
Khan on Monday alleged the Joe Biden administration had involved in the regime change 'conspiracy' to remove a democratically elected PM, according to IANS.
Geo News reported Imran Khan as calling out the US for its alleged backing of the non-confidence motion.
He refused to accept the country's new premier Shehbaz Sharif whom he called a "puppet PM."
As for his ouster Imran Khan was quoted saying that there couldn't be any bigger insult to the country.
But the Joe Biden administration denied any role in the process.
Khan asked the Biden administration in a tweet if its involvement in the "conspiracy" lessened or increased the anti-American sentiment in Pakistan.
Pakistan's government officials retorted that Imran Khan was blaming America for his failure to deliver during his stint.
The PTI chairman stuck to his guns that the US in collaboration with the then Opposition ousted him.
