Bat Yam: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised US President Donald Trump for his support of the genocide in Gaza. Calling Trump Israel’s best friend ever in White House and noting that Trump recognised the Zionist nation’s claimed sovereignty of the Golan Heights, he said he was proud to pay tribute to the Republican, Times of Israel reported.

According to a statement on Wednesday, Netanyahu’s said, while laying the cornerstone for a broadwalk named after Trump, here, “He (Trump) recognised Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, moved the US Embassy there, recognised our sovereignty over the Golan Heights, withdrew from the catastrophic nuclear deal with Iran, helped us confront the Iranian nuclear threat, and did many other things as well.”

“He is a true friend, and I am proud to be here to pay tribute to President Trump,” he added.

However, he avoided mentioning Trump's recent going public, criticising the Zionist nation’s attack on Qatar, claiming to be targeting Hamas leaders there.

According to Netanyahu, President Trump spoke to him several times about beachfront properties, saying that Israel has wonderful beachfront coastal properties. Trump also spoke about such a place in Gaza as well, which Trump wanted to become a place of peace, prosperity and a good life and not terror. He added that Trump was right to say so.
