San Francisco: Apple's tracking application 'Find My' helped locate a stolen car in Texas. The vehicle was tracked using AirPods.

According to AppleInsider, Dawayne Arrington noticed that his AirPods taken in the theft were stationary at a travel stop on Interstate 35. He went to the truck stop and found five people in an SUV. He then called the police for assistance. San Antonio Police were able to capture four of them and a fifth one drove away.

Arrington got back his AirPods, but the police are still in the process of recovering the stolen car which was located elsewhere.

Last month, the same Find My feature helped authorities find a woman who fell 200 feet down a hill after a car crash in California.
