Tapsee begins shoot for Mithali Raj's biopic 'Shabaash Mithu'

Mumbai: Actress Taapsee Pannu is all excited to kick start the shoot for her new Biopic sports drama, "Shabaash Mithu".
The actress took it to her social media to announce that she has started shooting for the film on Monday by posting a picture of herself in cricket gear and wrote: "Let's go.... Day 1 ! #ShabaashMithu #WomenInBlue."
The actress has been keeping her fans updated with her preparations for the film. Previously, she has shared pictures of her training sessions for the film.
The film backed by Viacom18 studios and Directed by Rahul Dholakia was announced on Mithali Raj's birthday. Tapsee had also shared a birthday post for Mithali where she was seen handing over a rose to the cricketer.
Meanwhile, Taapsee Pannu's other upcoming releases include the film Looop Lapeta, which is a Hindi remake of the German hit Run Lola Run and a mystery thriller film Haseen Dilruba directed by Vinil Mathew. Rashmi Rocket is another sports-based film of Pannu, yet to be released, where she is playing the role of a sprinter named Rashmi.
