The defending champion India went down to France 1-3 in the bronze medal match here on Sunday, a crushing blow for their hopes of defending the title.
Timothy Clement led France to a podium finish by scoring a hat-trick against India and winning the player of the match award. Clement scored a hat-trick in the game, while Sudeep scored only for India.
