Jharkhand Minister pays tribute to former President APJ Kalam

New Delhi: In a bizarre incident, Jharkhand Education Minister Neera Yadav was seen giving former President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam a floral tribute, a ritual usually performed for people who have died according to the Hindu tradition.

The photograph has gone viral on the social networking sites.

The incident took place at a school function in Hazaribagh district where Yadav was the chief guest.

According to media reports, BJP MLA Manish Jaiswal, school teacher Umesh Prasad and others were also present at the function.
