UAE landmarks light up in solidarity with Russia after Moscow attack

Dubai: In a show of solidarity, the UAE illuminated its iconic landmarks in the colours of the Russian flag following the devastating attack at a concert hall in Moscow.

"The UAE expresses its strong condemnation of these criminal acts and its permanent rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism," stated the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Ministry expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the government, the people of Russia and the families of the victims of this heinous crime.

The attack resulted in numerous casualties and injuries, prompting the UAE to extend its heartfelt condolences to the Russian government, people and the families of the victims.

Landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, ADNOC Headquarters, Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Frame were among those lit up to honour the victims and stand against terrorism.
