The UAE's Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme, initiated in November 2023, has advanced into a new phase focused on transforming government procedures. This phase aims to provide integrated, smart services to enhance economic competitiveness and the business environment.

Key goals of this phase include eliminating at least 2,000 government procedures and reducing approximately 50 per cent of the timeframes for these processes. The changes aim to create simpler, faster and more efficient services, particularly in the economic sector.

This programme supports the UAE Centennial 2071 objectives and aligns with the "We are the UAE 2031" vision.
