UAE: Dh5 million fund announced for family focused content creators

A Dh5 million fund was announced during the 1 Billion Followers Summit to support digital creators working on family and social content.
The initiative, led by Creators HQ in partnership with Alfan, is designed to back creators whose work focuses on family cohesion, social values and relationships, which organisers described as central to building stable communities.
The fund will provide financial and practical support, including access to education and professional training, advanced filming equipment and high-end production facilities. Selected creators will also receive assistance with social media platform growth and opportunities to secure brand partnerships.
Organisers said the program is intended to encourage creators to base themselves in the UAE, while also attracting international talent seeking long-term support and infrastructure for content production.
