The National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) has confirmed that Cyclone Asna, which was expected to make landfall in the Arabian Sea, has not directly impacted the UAE.

According to a statement from NCEMA, the Joint Assessment Team responsible for monitoring the cyclone reported that the storm had now dissipated. UAE authorities closely observed the tropical storm as it developed over the Arabian Sea. Initial assessments indicated that the severe weather conditions would not directly affect the UAE, a fact reiterated by NCEMA on Saturday.

The situation has since stabilized, and NCEMA continues to ensure the safety and well-being of residents by maintaining vigilant monitoring of any potential weather-related threats.
