Sheikh Sultan approves 500 scholarships for international students at Al-Qasimiya University

Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al-Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Governor of Sharjah, has approved the financial budget for Al-Qasimiya University for the academic year 2025–2026.
He also approved 500 scholarships for male and female students from various countries who have secured admission for the fall semester of 2025–2026.
The approved budget aims to support the university's educational mission and help students pursue higher education in a full academic environment.
The funding will enhance academic programs, improve facilities and promote scientific research and community service to ensure a quality learning experience.
The colleges offering the scholarships include the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, the College of Arts and Humanities, the College of Economics and Administration, the College of Communication and the College of the Holy Quran.
Al-Qasimiya University currently has students from 133 nationalities.
