Riyadh's Boulevard City set to host international events

In a tweet on his official Twitter account, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority, Turki Al-Sheikh, promised visitors of the zone with non-stop events from day one. The Boulevard is open from 5 PM to 4 AM every day and features many areas of entertainment and excitement for visitors and will be hosting a variety of international events this season.
The official press release from the Saudi government states that the Boulevard will host the First Golf event, an integrated entertainment destination for golf enthusiasts held for the first time in Riyadh, in addition to the Firstaiment event, which is dedicated to the challenges of the battle of colors, archery and other activities. The events of City zone include the Crystal Maze Live Experience, which is held for the first time outside the United Kingdom.
The total area of the zone, located north of the capital Riyadh, has seen a threefold expansion in its area compared with the previous season, amounting to around 900,000 m2, making it the largest entertainment facility in the region. Venues opened so far for the Riyadh Season have received a generous reception from visitors. More than 10 lakh people have come in the last ten days, grossing an income of 1,100 crore riyals. The General Entertainment Authority of Saudi aims to take viewers into a world of unlimited entertainment by incorporating quality programs that meet Saudi standards.
Organisers have said that entry is free for children under two, but for adults, tickets should be bought online and need to be activated at Tawakkalna. Regarding discipline guidelines, misbehaviour or mistreatment towards anyone in the city would blacklist an individual without mattering whether national or foreign. The person will not be allowed into any event in the country later. There will be legal proceedings against those who breach visiters' privacy.
In addition to the nine areas already present and the various cafes, restaurants and shops they offer, the Boulevard also boasts of one of the largest cinema complexes in the Middle East, with 25 screens in 22,280 square meters. The famous Fountain area has also been a hit with visitors as it features laser light shows and music. The Champions of Magic show which hosts global magicians and a "Snow Dome" for winter activites like skiing, ice skating and slides provide entertainment for all ages.
The Talent Boulevard will also be scouting for new talents under the supervision of professional business managers. Successful talents will have the opportunity to make a name for themselves in Middle Eastern entertainment. The festival hosts renowned Egyptian comedian Mohammed Henedi. Henedi is well known in Saudi Arabia and has a solid fan base in the Kingdom, young and old. Henedi's play "Salaam Murabba" is a major item this year. Tickets for his performance were sold out in hours after the links were posted on Twitter. Musician Faisal Al Rashed's concert titled "Eden Night" is another event scheduled on November 3, and its tickets have been sold out too. Egyptian singer Hamo Bika's music programme is scheduled for November 4 and 5.
