Dubai: Emirates General Petroleum Corporation, Emarat, unveiled its ambitious 'Project Landmark' project on Saturday, marking a significant milestone in strategic partnerships within the UAE's petroleum sector. The project offers companies and brands an exclusive opportunity to secure naming rights for Emarat's strategically positioned service stations across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

The announcement was made during an official ceremony held at the esteemed Museum of the Future in Dubai. Project Landmark signifies a shift towards innovative business models aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving brand engagement to unprecedented levels.

At the core of 'Project Landmark' lies the concept of integrating businesses within Emarat's service stations, presenting a unique platform for companies to deliver value-added services while leveraging Emarat's extensive customer base and infrastructure.

Eng. Ali Khalifa Al Shamsi, Director General of Emarat, expressed pride in the strategic initiative, emphasizing Emarat's commitment to pioneering customer-centric approaches backed by rigorous research and feasibility studies.

"This project underscores our commitment to serving the UAE and elevating the presence of its business community", said Al Shamsi.

Emarat's service stations, which cater to over 8,000 vehicles daily, offer a comprehensive range of services including refuelling, vehicle maintenance and various amenities such as ablution facilities, mosques and restaurants. With a network comprising more than 139 service stations across the UAE, Emarat's latest endeavour presents an unparalleled opportunity for companies to enhance their brand visibility and engagement through integrated platforms.

The launch of 'Project Landmark' opens doors for both local and international companies to leave their mark on Dubai and the Northern Emirates by having petrol stations named after them, offering a prime opportunity for brand exposure and integration within Emarat's service station network.

'Naming rights,' a form of advertising that grants exclusive naming privileges in exchange for royalties, has seen success in various sectors, with Dubai Metro stations serving as a prime example. Several stations have been named after prominent local and international corporate entities, including Emirates, Onpassive, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, UAE Exchange and Danube, among others.

Emarat's 'Project Landmark' heralds a new era of strategic collaboration and brand integration within the petroleum industry, promising mutual benefits for both businesses and customers alike.
