Dubai: Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has taken a significant step forward in enhancing infrastructure projects within the emirate by endorsing the first version of the Rail Agency No Objection Certificate (NOC) Submission Guidelines. These guidelines are designed to provide clear instructions for contractors, consultants and individuals seeking permits to conduct projects within the rail right-of-way zone.

The RTA is dedicated to simplifying procedures and improving services for its customers. The endorsement of these guidelines aims to streamline processes, increase transparency and reduce service time, ultimately leading to greater customer satisfaction for infrastructure projects. Obtaining permits is crucial for adhering to standards and ensuring smooth project execution.

The guide outlines the necessary documents and standards and is readily available on the RTA website, making it easily accessible to customers. This accessibility enhances efficiency and expedites project timelines, contributing to the overall development of Dubai's infrastructure.

Abdulrahman Mohammad Aljanahi, Director of Rail Right of Way at RTA’s Rail Agency, emphasized the significance of these guidelines in empowering partners and customers.

“By providing essential information and guidance for NOC transactions, RTA amplifies efficiency and effectiveness in project execution while fostering stronger partnerships and customer satisfaction”, said Aljanahi.

Aljanahi highlighted the guide's role in strengthening real estate development and investment within Dubai. By fortifying the infrastructure framework, these guidelines contribute to enhancing the quality of life for residents in the emirate.
