Dubai RTA app update improves access to transportation services
text_fieldsDubai: Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the launch of an updated version of its mobile application, which is set to significantly improve the ease of accessing various RTA services. This update introduces a range of new features aimed at enhancing user experience and ensuring faster and more efficient service delivery.
The newly revamped app features a personalized dashboard designed to provide users with quick access to essential services such as the renewal of vehicle and driver licenses, as well as the purchase of parking tickets. This move is part of RTA's ongoing efforts to transform its service delivery into a one-stop-shop solution, thereby increasing customer satisfaction.
Among the notable enhancements are the inclusion of SALIK online payments, and the ability to top-up vouchers and NOL cards directly through the app. Moreover, the app has simplified the parking services interface, consolidating all related functions onto a single screen for seamless navigation.
The update also improves the processes for renewing vehicle licenses and paying fines, overhauling the user experience to ensure a hassle-free interaction with the authority's digital services. These changes underscore RTA's commitment to leveraging technology to enhance the quality of transportation services across Dubai.
