Dubai confirms drone incident in Al Bada’a; debris hits Sheikh Zayed Road building

Today, March 12, at 12:53 pm, authorities said debris from a successful interception fell onto the façade of a building on Sheikh Zayed Road. Officials described the incident as minor and confirmed no injuries.
Al Bada’a
At 12:22 pm, Dubai Media Office reported a minor drone incident in the Al Bada’a area. No injuries were recorded.
Dubai Creek Harbour
At 2:47am on March 12, authorities said they were responding to a drone that fell on a building in the vicinity of Dubai Creek Harbour.
Civil Defence teams later confirmed that a minor fire in the building had been brought under control. Authorities stated that all residents were safe and no injuries were reported.
Dubai International Airport vicinity
At 11:38 am on March 11, authorities confirmed that two drones fell in the vicinity of Dubai International Airport (DXB). Three people were injured: two Ghanaian nationals and one Bangladeshi national sustained minor injuries, while one Indian national suffered moderate injuries. Officials said air traffic operations continued as normal.
Authorities have consistently stated that incidents were contained and that emergency teams responded promptly. Where applicable, officials clarified that impacts were linked to interception operations rather than direct strikes.
No further casualties were reported in the March 12 incidents.
