The offer applies from April 1 to April 30 and covers services related to new visa applications, renewals and family visa processing. The company said the move is intended to ease the financial burden faced by residents trying to bring family members together.
The discount includes consultancy charges for procedures such as entry permits, status changes and Emirates ID processing, which involve multiple stages under the family visa system.
The company clarified that government fees will remain unchanged and will be charged as per standard rates.
