Dr. Nisha Madhu, Principal of the International Indian School, inaugurating the Grand Finale of the Youth Leadership Program 2025 in Jubail

Jubail: The NISA & Global Youth Leadership Program 2025 concluded with a grand graduation ceremony in Jubail following eight weeks of training focused on leadership and communication skills for teenagers.

The program was jointly organised by the Jubail Global Toastmasters Club and the Nisa Toastmasters Club. It began on November 14, 2025, and concluded on January 16 after two months of structured sessions conducted under the guidelines of Toastmasters International, headquartered in Colorado, United States. The training was offered free of charge to students aged between 12 and 17.

This edition marked the first collaboration between the two Toastmasters clubs. The program was led by chief coordinators Suhail Rais Siddiqui and Bushra Saeed. The graduation ceremony was held at Jubail Dunes International School and was inaugurated by Dr Nisha Madhu, principal of the International Indian School.

As part of the finale, participants competed in Debate, Table Topics, International Speech and Evaluation categories. Training modules covered voice control, body language, communication methods and evaluation techniques. Students demonstrated their skills through debates and prepared speeches during the final competitions. Aisha Naja and Mariam Atif served as masters of ceremonies.

Co-coordinators for the program were Parveen Sultana, Suchita Rajesh, V Chandravadhani, Nilofer Rasheed, Saif Ur Rahman and Pramod Kunnath. Guidance was provided by Waheed Latheef, Safare Mohammed, Aziz Ahmed Siddiqui, Asif Siddiqui, Uzma Siddiqui, Khalid Siddiqui, Dr Shanti Rekha Rao and Mohammed Abul Qasim. Workshops during the programme were conducted by Asif Siddiqui, Safare Mohammed, Sharafa Amina, Mohammed Hafeez, Aziz Siddiqui, Khalid Siddiqui and Dr Shanti Rekha.

At the grand finale, Abeeha Mahmood received the special award. In the Evaluation Speech category, Mohammed Raihan secured first place, followed by Musab Ali and Mehrish Khadeer. Table Topics winners were Atish Sunil, Hrithik Ram, and Abdul Hadi and Irha Rahman. In Debate (Proposition), Abdullah Nasir placed first, followed by Viona Hareesh and Abdul Mugni. Debate (Opposition) winners were Rehan Islam, Mohammed Iqbal and Aisha. In the International Speech category, Mahnoor Shahid won first place, while Ayza Ramzi, Inaya Hammad and Mohammed Abdullah secured second, and Arya Rajendran, Shivam Kumar, Rumaisa Manha and Umaima Huda placed third.

Organisers said the program aimed to strengthen confidence, public speaking ability and leadership skills among students through structured training and competitive platforms.
