The Hajj and Mutamer’s Gift Charitable Association (Hadiyah) has launched a series of field and creative service initiatives designed to assist and enrich the experience of nearly 3 million pilgrims during the 2025 Hajj season, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Hadiyah’s efforts will span all entry points—land, sea, and air—ensuring smooth access to Makkah, Madinah and other holy sites. The association’s programs aim to uphold and reflect the spiritual, human and moral values of the pilgrimage, supporting pilgrims from the moment of arrival until their departure.

Turki Al-Hetershi, Executive Director of Hadiyah, confirmed that the organisation is preparing to serve approximately 2.9 million Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and visitors this year. He emphasised the role of innovative services and community partnerships in improving the overall pilgrimage experience.

The initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s broader goals of enhancing service quality and ensuring a spiritually fulfilling journey for all pilgrims.
