Saudi: Arab, Gulf states send condolences after Aramco helicopter crash

Several Arab and Gulf states have expressed condolences to Saudi Arabia after 14 Saudi citizens were killed in a helicopter crash in Ras Tanura in the Eastern Province.
King Abdullah of Jordan sent condolences to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, praying for mercy for those who died and patience for their families.
Jordan’s Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs also voiced solidarity with Saudi Arabia. Spokesman Ambassador Fouad Majali extended condolences to the families of the victims and said Jordan stood with the Kingdom after the incident.
Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of condolence to King Salman, while Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa sent similar messages to King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
The UAE also expressed solidarity with Saudi Arabia following the crash of an Aramco helicopter in Ras Tanura, which killed everyone on board. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs conveyed condolences to the victims’ families, the Saudi government and the Saudi people.
Oman’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs offered condolences and sympathy to Saudi Arabia and to the families of those killed.
Gulf Cooperation Council Secretary General Jasem Albudaiwi extended condolences to King Salman, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi government and people. He affirmed the GCC’s solidarity with the Kingdom and prayed for Saudi Arabia’s security and stability.
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs also expressed condolences to Saudi Arabia’s leadership, government and people, as well as to the families of the victims.
