Riyadh: 27-year-old model Rumy Alqahtani is set to represent Saudi Arabia at the upcoming Miss Universe pageant, marking the kingdom's debut in the renowned competition.
Rumy Alqahtani, a seasoned beauty pageant contestant and influential figure with a million followers on Instagram, has received widespread attention for her upcoming participation in Miss Universe 2024.
In an Instagram post on Monday, Rumy Alqahtani expressed her gratitude and excitement at the opportunity to represent Saudi Arabia on the global stage of Miss Universe.
"I am honoured to participate in the Miss Universe 2024 competition. This is the debut of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the competition," she posted.
