LuLu Group International has opened two new retail outlets in Saudi Arabia, expanding its presence in the Kingdom with a large hypermarket in Riyadh and an express store in Dammam.

The Riyadh store is located in the Al Suwaidi district and spans more than 400,000 square feet. The hypermarket was inaugurated by Mohammed Khalid Al Shalfan, Investors Relationship Manager at the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia, and Matar Salem Ali Marran AlDhaheri.

The outlet offers a wide range of departments including groceries, chilled and dairy products, frozen foods, beauty and wellness items, and non-food essentials. It also features sections for fresh fruits and vegetables, a bakery, delicatessen, fresh meat and fish counters and a coffee roastery. A fresh food dining area has also been set up inside the store.

Other sections include computers, gaming equipment, telecom and mobile phones, consumer electronics, electrical goods, stationery, household products, home furnishings, toys, luggage and footwear. The location provides more than 100 parking spaces for shoppers.

In the Faisaliya area of Dammam, the company opened a LuLu Xpress outlet along with a LOT value store. The facility covers about 33,000 square feet and was inaugurated by Mansour Al Binali from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

The Dammam outlet provides fresh food, local produce and meat, along with a section for electronics and consumer gadgets. The LOT value shop offers household goods, stationery, toys, home furnishings and educational items, most priced below 22 Saudi riyals. The store also includes nearly 100 parking spaces.

The company has introduced inaugural promotional offers across departments in both locations.

Yusuff Ali M. A., chairman of LuLu Group, said the expansion reflects the company’s plan to continue growing in Saudi Arabia while maintaining stable prices and ensuring a steady supply of products for customers.
