Jeddah: The Saudi Ministry of Education has officially appointed Dr. Muhammad Abdul Saleem as the new Managing Committee Chairman of the International Indian School Jeddah (IISJ). He is set to assume his new role on Wednesday, February 26.

Dr. Abdul Saleem, originally from Hyderabad, Telangana, is a distinguished oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He has previously served as a Member of the Managing Committee of IISJ and contributed to the Academic and Administration Sub-Committee.

Alongside Dr. Abdul Saleem, the newly appointed School Management Committee includes Dr. Prince Mufti Ziaul Hasan, Dr. Muhammad Shafi A. Ghani, Dr. Abdul Zubair Hameed, Dr. Hemalatha Mahalingam, Dr. Farheen Amina Thaha and Dr. Nusrat Khan.

The appointment was met with warm congratulations from IISJ’s school principal, Dr. Muhammad Imran, and faculty members, who extended their best wishes for the new chairman's tenure.

The International Indian School Jeddah plays a crucial role in serving the Indian expatriate community in Saudi Arabia and the new leadership is expected to further its mission of providing quality education and academic excellence.
