Suraj Thampi (CEO of Aria Holding), Ajith Nayar (CEO of CamCom), Sreeharsha Subbanna (Executive Director - Vistas Global) and Syed Khaiser (VP of Business Services – Vistas Global).

CamCom and Vistas Global, under the multinational conglomerate Aria Holding, have announced a strategic partnership to redefine smart city management through AI innovation. This collaboration merges CamCom’s advanced Large Vision Model (LVM) with Vistas Global’s leadership in urban infrastructure under the CommandNXT program, a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework.

The alliance aims to enhance urban safety, streamline operations and foster sustainable growth by offering real-time data insights, predictive modeling and robust governance controls. Initially targeting Indian cities, the initiative emphasizes observability, traceability and accountability in managing critical urban assets.

Ajith Nayar, Co-founder & CEO of CamCom, said, “This strategic partnership with Vistas Global marks the beginning of a remarkable digital journey for CamCom. We are committed to delivering AI-powered solutions that revolutionize public safety, urban development and operational effectiveness worldwide".

The partnership will replace traditional command centers with AI-driven facilities, showcasing the potential of digital infrastructure for inclusive growth and efficient city planning. It aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the New Urban Agenda by promoting community engagement and environmental responsibility.

Suraj Thampi, CEO of Aria Holding, which owns Vistas Global, said, “Our collaboration with CamCom goes beyond redefining public safety and city management—it sets a precedent for responsible, inclusive urban development. By harnessing AI-driven insights within a PPP framework, we empower governments and communities to shape cities that prioritize well-being, economic growth and shared prosperity".
