KEAM 2021: Faiz, Fariz, Thejus comes first in three streams
text_fieldsThiruvananthapuram: Faiz Hashim, native Thrissur, ranked first in state engineering entrance as KEAM 2021 (Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical (Pharmacy)) got published. While Faris Abdul Nassar Kallayil from Thrissur topped in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Thejus Joseph from Kannur topped in Architecture (B.Arch).
Harishankar M, Nayan Kishore Nair, Sahal K, Govind GS, Amjad Khan UK, Arishi Prasad, Priyanka Paleri, Anuradha Ashokan Nair and Noufran Nayes came in the first ten ranks in engineering entrance, following Faiz Hashim. Ammu B and Akshay Narayan bagged the first two ranks in the SC category while Jonathan S Daniel and Sabarinath S won the first two ranks in the ST category.
Tejaswini Vinod, Akshara Anand and Jerome Paul Baby reached second to fourth ranks in Pharmacy. In Architecture, Amreen, Athinath Chandra O and Sanitha Wilson scored second to fourth ranks.
45,629 candidates out of 73,977 ended up in the rank list and 51,031 qualified. District wise, 5834 candidates from Thiruvananthapuram were included in the rank list while 4823 from Kollam, 1707 from Pathanamthitta, 2911 from Alappuzha, 2720 from Kottayam, 936 from Idukki, 5512 from Ernakulam, 4897 from Thrissur, 2933 from Palakkad, 4604 from Malappuram, 4480 from Kozhikode, 714 Wayanad, 3764 from Kannur and 1225 from Kasaragod were included.
