date_range 7020 more test corona positive in Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram: The daily number of positive cases dipped by more than 1000 in Kerala as 7020 more infectees were found on Thursday after testing of 54,339 samples in the past 24 hours. The positivity rate has fallen to 12.9 per cent.
The office of Health Minister KK Shailaja informed that active cases in Kerala total 91,784 whereas 3,25,166 patients have been cured so far.
The day also saw 26 more Covid-19 deaths, taking the total death toll to 1,429.
Across the state 2,91,964 people are under observation at various places, including 22,540 in hospitals.
While 14 places were delisted, 22 more hotspots took Kerala's total to 694.
