Sabarimala Karma Samithi likely to meet Governor

Sabarimala: The Sabarimala Karma Samithi leaders may well meet the Governor on Sunday or Monday.

The meeting is important in the wake of BJP leaders being denied permission to visit the hill shrine.

The Samithi, which is at the forefront of the protests, demanded the regulations at Sabarimala be lifted as they lack any base.

In their likely meeting with the Governor, the leaders would request for lifting the regulations imposed at the temple.

However, police would continue with the security measures at Sabarimala, reports say.
