Thiruvanthapuram: KSRTC may consider introducing 3 years employment bond for conductors, said Managing Director Tomin J Thachankary.
As per the bond, candidates joining KSRTC would not be relieved from service as they wish to join other jobs.
Addressing the new recruits following High Court order, he said those who consider it a temporary job wouldn’t be welcomed at KSRTC.
Also, candidates wouldn’t be allowed to go on long leave, he said while urging the candidates to be committed to the corporation and uptick its revenue.
