New Delhi: After hinting at rebellion brewing in Bihar, BJP MP Sushil Modi said the BJP will not take into its fold Chief Minister Nitish Kumar even if he rubs his nose on BJP’s door.

Sushil Modi’s disapproval of Nitish Kumar comes against the background of continuing crisis in Maharashtra after Ajit Paward crossed over to the ruling Shiv-Sena BJP alliance to become deputy chief minister.

Speculations are thickening about a similar political shift happening in Bihar with Nitish Kumar and Janata Dal United ( JDU) probably returning to BJP-led National Democratic Alliance( NDA).

Sushi Modi previously likened the rebellion he claimed brewing in Bihar to the one underway in Maharashtra.

However, the BJP leader dismissed his party ever accepting Kumar, saying that Amit Shah already made clear the BJP ‘s decision.

‘Amit Shah has already said clearly that he will not accept Nitish Kumar at any cost even if Kumar rubs his nose on BJP's door. We have carried Nitish Kumar for 17 years. Now BJP will neither accept nor carry him in the future, Sushil Modi was quoted by ANI as saying.

Sushil Modi earlier said rebellionin Bihar happens because Nitish Kumar’s refusal to listen to his MLAs and MPs even for one minute over the past 17 years.

The BJP leader claimed that many MPs fear of losing tickets after Nitish Kumar made Tejashwi Yadav as his successor. Alongside he alleged that Kumar accepted Rahul Gandhi as his leader.

The senior BJP leader predicted that the ruling Janata Dal( United) will not win more than 8 to 10 seats, as a result MPs are concerned about their future in Nitish Kumar’s party, ANI reported.

He also said the PM Modi’s popularity is increasing in Bihar hinting at BJP making good in the upcoming parliamentary polls.
