Alwar: Wife beating happens in India on a horrific scale every day.

This time roles are reversed in Haryana where a woman is caught on CCTV chasing and attacking her husband.

Now a court has asked police to probe the husband's complaint alongside providing him security, according to NDTV.

Ajit Yadav, the principal at the Kharkara government school here, was seen attacked by a woman with cricket bat, iron pan, and other 'weapons'.

Suman Yadav from Sonipat in Hariyana thrashed her husband in the presence of their young son.

As he had been increasingly assaulted by his wife in the last one year, Yadav had CCTV cameras installed around his home.

The video clips of Suman attacking Yadav went viral.

They had been married for seven years after a love affair.

He said that he had never hit his wife. A survey most recently said wife beating is rampant in India.

Many Indian men said beating their wives is alright for a good reason.
