New Delhi: A 34-year-old man in Uttar Pradesh's Amroha district reportedly told the police he killed his wife of nine years for denying sex.
The man, identified as Mohd Anwar, reportedly said he strangled his wife to death after she refused to have sex with him twice in one night.
In a fit of anger, Anwar allegedly killed his 30-year-old wife with a rope.
After dumping the body 50 km away from his home, he went on filing a missing person report, India Today reported.
The police on Tuesday recovered the body and when Anwar was called for identification he broke down, confessing to the crime.
The couple has three children. Anwar owns a bakery in Amroha.
