Acting on the complaint, ACB arrested Rathore and contract worker Devesh Sharma red-handed while taking a bribe of Rs 5 lakh, Soni added. Four locations, including Rathore's residence, farmhouse and apartment in Jaipur, were raided. Nearly Rs 4 crore cash, and 20 property documents, including flats, shops, farmhouses, etc., were found along with four luxury vehicles such as Jaguar Land rover, Baleno, Fortuner and Mahendra Thar.

Soni said that the ACB team required a counting machine to calculate the exact amount of cash seized. Another case under the Prevention of Corruption Act was charged with the accused, Soni said.
