Telangana man dies of snake bite while holding cobra’s head in mouth

Hyderabad: A 20-year-old man in Talangana who tried to pull off an extreme stunt using a cobra died after being bitten by the snake, NDTV reported.
The incident was reported from Desipet village of Kamareddy district in Telangana.
The man identified as Shivraj and his father, both lived by killing snakes, caught a cobra the other day.
The father asked the son to put the snake’s head in his mouth while he filmed it.
Shivraj put the head of the snake in his mouth for the bizarre shoot to become famous on the internet.
Footage showed Shivraj standing in the middle of the road with folded hands.
Afterwards he was seen flicking his hair just as the snake was trying to break free.
He was seen giving thumb up as the video ends with the snake still in his mouth.
The man reportedly later died after he was bitten by the snake.
Many on social media reacted to the incident with one saying that ‘people are so reckless with their lives’.
Another user said that the incident showed how youths were addicted to social media, in order to get instant popularity even risking their lives.
In another similar incident a drunk in Andhra Pradesh was hospitalized after being bitten by cobra as he tortured it for over an hour .
Madhubabu Nagaraju spotted the cobra at a college premises in Kadiri and caught hold of it.
The man continued to ‘play’ with the snake ignoring the warnings by people, before being bitten by the snake.
