Senior citizen stops Karnataka chief minister’s car asking him to solve parking trouble

Bengaluru: A senior citizen, living in Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s neighourhood, on Thursday gave him an earful about parking trouble near chief minister’s residence.
Narottam whose house is just opposite Siddaramaiah’s blocked the chief minister’s vehicle, demanding to solve parking trouble from vehicles coming to the chief minister’s residence.
Siddaramaiah was leaving the residence when Narottam came up to vent his anger at the alleged erratic parking.
He complained that people coming to meet the chief minister park their vehicles all over the place, blocking his family’s pathway.
‘What is this nonsense for last 5 years? We are fed up,’ he reportedly blurted out.
After listening to his neighbour, Siddaramaiah directed security personnel to solve the parking issue.
Siddaramaiah has not moved to his official residence yet, and is staying at the bungalow of the leader of opposition.
Until recently, former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa was staying at Chief Minister's residence.
