New Delhi : Congress leader Rahul Gandhi poked fun at the Centre due to the country's ranking in the World Happiness Report, saying that India would top the charts for hate and anger soon.

"Hunger Rank: 10, Freedom Rank: 119, Happiness Rank: 136, but Hate and Anger may soon top the charts too!" Rahul Gandhi wrote on Twitter.

United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network publishes the World Happiness Report, which ranks 150 countries

There is a wide range of factors that determine the rank including well-being , GDP per capita, the social support system, life expectancy, people's generosity, the ability to make life choices and the perception of corruption.

Finland topped this year's list, with the other top ten countries ranked as follows (rankings from second to tenth): Denmark, Iceland, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Israel, and New Zealand.

In this year's World Happiness Report, India improved three places from last year to rank 136th, up from 139th.

Specifically, the United States came in 16th, the United Kingdom came in 17th and France came in 20th.
