Mulayam Singh Yadav claims SP is the only party to raise unemployment in UP polls
text_fieldsJaunpur (UP) : In his campaigning for party candidates in Jaunpur for the upcoming UP assembly elections, Mulayam Singh Yadav alleged discrimination on a caste basis and atrocities against the poor.
His party has always worked for the poor, the youth, and the neglected sections of society, said the Samajwadi Party founder-patron in his second public address for the seven-phase UP polls.
"The country is faced with big challenges today, including those of discrimination on the basis of caste and injustice, atrocities being committed against the poor," Yadav said.
MP Yadav from Mainpuri said the poor receive no special assistance, young educated people are unemployed, and farmers produce crops without getting an adequate price for them.
"In such a situation, the biggest responsibility lies with the Samajwadi Party. The party has always worked for the poor, young, uneducated and the ignored section of society," Yadav stated.
"A challenge in front of you is that farmers do not get an adequate price for their crops despite putting in such hard work. They are not getting any benefit. Farmers are being neglected. Educated young people are not getting jobs. Similarly, several other sections are being ignored today," he added.
In his words, the SP has one goal: to help the poor, the abandoned, the farmers, and those in need of assistance get special facilities so that the country will be proud of them.
Additionally, he claimed it is only his party that raises the issue of unemployment in the state, saying he will create jobs for young people and provide them with opportunities to serve the people if his party is elected.
Yadav said the large attendance demonstrates people trust in the Samajwadi Party.
Assuring the business community of support should the SP form the government in the state, he made a pitch to the business community. He said the public will also benefit from the efforts of more traders.
"See the conditions today, there is violence somewhere and somewhere atrocities being committed. There is also caste discrimination. There is no question of caste, the Samajwadi party will take along all human beings," Yadav said.
It is reported that Luck Yadav, the son of Parasnath Yadav, is contesting for Jaunpur's Malhani assembly seat, which he was in Jaunpur for.
As part of the seventh and last phase of state elections, Malhani, which had elected Lucky Yadav to the assembly in November 2020, goes to polls on March 7.Mulayam Singh Yadav claims SP is the only party to raise unemployment in UP polls
