Minor boy stripped naked, forced to chant religious slogans in Indore

Bhopal: In a disturbing incident in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore, an 11-year-old boy was allegedly stripped naked, beaten and forced to chant religious slogans by minor boys, NDTV reported.
The accused videotaped the extremely disturbing episode, which is available on social media.
The police have registered a case against the accused for serious offences such as kidnapping.
According to NDTV, the incident happened in the Nipania area of Indore under the jurisdiction of the Lasudia police station. The victim told police that he was playing near Star Square when the accused approached him and told him there were toys being distributed near Best Price on the bypass.
The accused took the boy to a nearby place on the pretext of getting toys and attacked him. A purported video on social media features a naked boy being beaten by other boys and asked to chant religious slogans. After the victim managed to escape and informed his family, they filed a complaint with the police.
Police informed that they had started an investigation after registering a case of kidnapping, voluntarily causing hurt and criminal intimidation.
Police informed that they had detained the accused and appealed to people not to share the video of the incident on social media.
