BJP launches programme to rival CM Nitish Kumars Janata Darbar

The BJP has decided to kickstart a 'Sahyog Karyakram' from its office in Patna from Monday. The programme is the saffron party's recreation of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's Janata Darbar. Under this, BJP ministers will meet the public to address their problems on the spot and shall run between 11 am to 2 pm from Monday to Saturday. Though the BJP started this programme years ago, they discontinued it around five years ago.

State BJP office in charge Suresh Rungta said that Environment, Forest, and Climate Change Minister Neeraj Kumar Singh, Panchayati Raj Minister Samrat Chaudhary, and Labour Resource Minister Jivesh Mishra would be available every Monday at the party state office located on Veer Chand Patel Path Patna.

Deputy Chief Minister Tar Kishore Prasad, Health Minister Mangal Pandey, and Industry Minister Shahnawaz Hussain will be available on Tuesday.

Land Reforms and Revenue Minister Ram Surat Rai, PWD Minister Nitin Nabin, and Art and Culture Minister Alok Ranjan will be present on Wednesday.

Law and Sugarcane Minister Pramod Kumar, Cooperatives Minister Subhash Singh, and Tourism Minister Narayan Prasad shall arrive on Thursday. Mining Minister Janak Ram, Agriculture Minister Amrendra Pratap Singh, and PHED Minister Ram Preet Paswan will be available on Friday and Deputy Chief Minister Renu Devi on Saturday.
