Lucknow: A court in the UP's Rampur said Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan is guilty in a case filed over making comments against Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in 2019.

The court is expected to announce the quantum of punishment in the afternoon.

More than 90 cases have been charged over the Rampur MLA, including extortion, criminal conspiracy, and theft.

He was arrested by police in 2020 and was in jail for 27 months before being released on bail.
